Cleaning Services
We take great care with every cleaning job. However, not all stains, spots, or spills can be removed completely. Some marks are set in due to age, neglect, or prior treatment. That said, we always do our very best.
Please note that any new services requested during that visit, even within the same 24-hour window, will be billed separately. No refunds are issued for cleaning services.

Repair Services
Before any repair work begins, our technician will walk you through the entire process, from start to finish. Full payment is required before work begins.
If a customer insists on a repair that we have advised against or expressed concern about, we cannot be held responsible for the outcome. In such cases, all warranties are waived and the full amount remains due. No refunds are issued for repair services.

All sales involving new carpets, window coverings, rug pads, or installations are final. These items are custom ordered specifically for you here in Brooklyn, New York, and once an order is placed, the manufacturer cannot cancel or modify it.
